(Berlin, DE) – Epicentre of pioneering electronic music and home to many of todays top jocks, Berlin indeed, has been enriched with another brand new club. Dice simply looks like a must-visit if you feel like engaging into 24hr party lunacy.
The new club is sheltered in – how could it be any different – an abandoned electricity station, and encompasses pretty much every feature the demanding clubber of today is looking for. Build around three rooms including a terrace for “after hours Sunday sessions”, the venue is packed with Funktion 1 sound systems plus some very nifty light equipment designed by the same bloke that turned Berlin’s Watergate into a visual extravaganza.
The questions if the music will be just as impressive is to be answered with a simple ‘yup’. Several names have been announced to rock the joint, including Luke Solomon, Gabriel Ananda, Aril Brikha and Simon Baker (opening the club), Dirt Crewe, Tolga Fidan, Spencer Parker, and the inevitable Liebe Detail crew. The actual opening date has not (yet) been announced, but the club’s website includes a count down. Arty Berlin-esque puzzling at its very best…
